I know, but I'm just saying the IQ that it takes too follow that show is 2, If your someone who can just throw away your intelligence for the duration of that show than fine, but I couldn't watch that show in entirety(sp?) without trying to commit suicide.

Here's what I don't understand and it happens repeatedly.
People start a thread about a topic
People uninterested in said topic open that thread, read the posts and then take the time to write a post about how it doesn't interest them.
It baffles me.
If you are not intersted in a topic why read a thread on it? And then why take the time to post that you are not interested?
This thread is a classic example of that.

Well, alot of shows out there dont require you to think hard about what you're watching. Watching wrestling is like watching a Flames game. It's all about entertainment even if the matches are pre-determined. Guys can and do get injured and not everything done is predictable.

I don't understand how they could miss the censors. The shows aren't live when they're aired on TV. I've been to a few Smackdown shows myself in the past, and they crowd did some chants, probably not like what apparently happened tonight (I did not watch tonight), but still, how do you miss the audio bleeps?
Smackdown, at least in the past, used to air on Thursdays, and the show was shot usually on a Monday two weeks prior to the air date.

Smackdown is taped on tuesdays actually and shown on thursdays(soon to be friday) ..but there are some supershows now where smackdown is taped after raw

I've never gotten into the wrestling thing, it's crap, for me it's like watching a HORRIBLE action movie over and over. I watched it twice and thought it was shinguard, I've always wondered how a grown adult could watch such a shinguardty show such as wrassling?
|
"wrassling"...I truly hate that term...most wrestlers are in as good shape as most hockey, football and baseball players and it requires ALOT of skill to do what they do..if you want to see what they go though try "wrestling with shadows" thats the one movie that can make you think twice that "wrasslin" is low level spectator theater for hicks with 3 teeth

Don't people usually watch tv to lose touch with reality for a bit? Isn't mindless drivel one way of doing that?

Two words.... HOT CHICKS !!!
I've gotten into wrestling twice in my life once when I was a little kid I stopped after Wrestlemania VI .. the one when the ulimate warrior pinned hulk hogan ... greatest wrestling moment ever (for me at least)
and again when I was in high school 5-6 years ago because all my friends watched it and it was cool again
I haven't watched full episode in years but I have to admit if i'm flipping channels and I come across it I will stop for a minute or two in hopes of catching a match with 2 or more women where their sole objective is to strip each other down to their bras and panties

RAW is live but Smackdown isnt. [/b][/quote]
Ohh. Damn, I'm sure I knew that, but it's been a while since I've followed wrestling. Well, that explains it.
