Count me as one of the apparent few who think this really isn't anything important. Byron is a spark plug for sure but it usually results in a whole lot of remote control tossing.

I guess I just don't see what tangible benefit Byron brings over anyone else like other do. Even over Raymond. Who, is being poo'ed on relentlessly around these parts these days even though he's really done nothing to hinder the Flames and in fact has been a pretty big factor in some of the very few secondary goals this last stretch.

I really don't see how Byron just walks into a line up spot tonight since he literally just came off of IR today when other players have been chomping at the bit and have been healthy. Would much rather have Drew Shore out there on a full time basis to be honest. Shore provided the same level of energy in a more complete package IMO.

Glad Byron is back. He is a spark plug that plays very well in his own zone. Hope he gets in the line-up soon.

Fourth line offensive zone time and puck possession. He and Stajan are fantastic at driving this together.

Great first game back by Byron.

Missing 17 games allowed him to rest as well as recover.

Was flying out there tonight to boot.
