Keep in mind that's just my personal opinion based on my own observation from the NHL games I get a chance to watch. I have no actual stats to back up more or less leniency regarding hooking and holding.
But I do agree that last night was bad and even the last 5 to 10 Flames games have felt like there was a lot of obstruction that used to get called. Some people like a little holding and hooking, some don't. I really hate the inconsistency at which those penalties get called.
