Hell they can waive and sent Horton to the minors and rest on the idea that they got almost 3M for a cheaper price most teams pay for cap

LOL, who is saying this Doug? It certainly isn't me. I would say 95% of deals are done under the assumption that the difference in salary is being sent. It is an asset when going above the difference. Cap means absolutely nothing to me so from my point of view, it is not an asset.
I simply wanted to point out that I got flammed for signing Horton and wanted to show that I got an asset out of signing him for nothing. That is all. You are over complicating this to the max, as usual.
