I learned a couple things on the HF board:

1. This wasn't a dive, it was a hook.
2. If it was a dive, it was not much of one, so don't fine him (ignoring I guess what the rule is and that it doesn't mention the quality of the dive).
3. Everyone dives, and it's pretty much expected that players should dive to help their teame
4. Hey - Bobby Ryan dives too.

He was pretty blatant with his arm. It was like stage show violence, but poorly telegraphed.
