San Jose seems to have been coming from behind a lot lately. I wonder how their third period stats compare to ours.

The Capitals-Ducks game is a good one to watch. Ovechkin has three points (two goals) and Cogliano has a pair of goals too. The Capitals lead 4-3 in the second period.

Man, bout time an Eastern Conference team did something for us. Hopefully the Bruins do us a favour tomorrow as well.

Ovechkin with his fourth point, he gets an assist on Burakovsky's goal. It is now 5-3 Capitals.

I can see LA displacing San Jose. But let's hope it doesn't come to that and Tampa buries them tomorrow.

The Sharks have been inconsistent all year though and don't beat the teams they should beat.

I think you meant to say that the Lightning play the Kings tomorrow evening. It should not matter who wins in the Wild-Canucks game as long as it finishes in regulation time. The Canucks do affect the Jets playoff chances. You will also be watching how the Bruins-Flames game is going.

One point back with 2 games in hand on the Sharks. Nice to have an Eastern team finally help out the Flames.

It would also be really funny and great if the Oilers beat the Jets.

According to sports club stats, that loss dropped the Sharks a whopping 11% down to 49.5

LA now up to 53.6

Flames at 79.5

Both LA and Minnesota more likely to make playoffs than San Jose

Never happen. An matchup with the Oilers is like the free square in the middle of a bingo card

Hey if Pavelec plays anything is possible. But if the Jets are serious about getting in the post season... You can't lose to the grease.

I'm not sure who we're supposed to cheer for in the Minnesota-Vancouver game tomorrow.

A Vancouver win slightly improves the Flames' chances and a Minnesota win slightly decreases them. On the other hand, screw the Nucks. A regulation win is most important.
