Ortio isn't in net to provide heroics, so I see this game playing out like any other against the Canucks in recent years. Sedins are on top of their game right now and when they play like that the Flames have never been able to figure out how to defend against them. Not looking forward to this one
And if Ortio was in net, you'd find a way to be negative then, too.

As today is my b-day, I am going with a St-Valentine massacre for the good guys (but not as fun as the one against the Avs, 9-1). Turning 50 therefore I guess I will have to go with 5-0 Flames! After a tough loss the other night I think the flames will start out strong in the first. They will have to play with a fire lit under their ass all night to get the win. This is a big test for them tonight and I am happy they are at home tonight.
Glad to see Ramo might get the start. Hiller hasn't been terrible but I think could use a rest.
Flames win tonight, I get to drink heroin beers and then trash talk all my Canuck fan friends afterward/during.

The opponent of opponents. Our true spiritual enemy. I'm tired of consistently losing to this team and there will likely and hopefully come a time when we're besting them on most nights, given the direction that the teams are trending.
I want to usher in that new epoch sooner than later.
Don't feel so bad anymore about playing the Canucks. It used to be a guaranteed loss but they've looked good this year against them for a change. Flames take this one!
Obviously tonight is huge. Flames are barely clinging to a playoff spot, so we badly need these 2 points. And I like to believe the Nucks are still our most hated rival. I have a good feeling about this one.
