Same. Then wrap some electrical tape around them to look cool and you have yourself a weapon. This is like a 30 minute project.

There are ways these stores get around this. My friends uncle owned a Martial arts store in Kamloops. Those foam covered plastic nunchucku they sell use the same chain/ bearing piece as hard bodied one's. He use to sell those and sold just the wooden handles separate. You just bought both of these parts pop out the rivit and re- rivit. Its still illegal to own but just don't takem out .
