No one said that police officers can do no wrong. However, when they are accused of doing something wrong, they are innocent until
proven guilty.
In any other case, people will side with the accused, and make them out to be the victim. But the moment that it's a police officer, the "F the Police" crowd comes out of the woodwork.
It doesn't matter if its Douglas Garland, or this RCMP officer.
Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Police officers are not above the law. But they ARE entitled to due process, just like anyone else.
