Dear lord. Imagine living with that if you're one of the cops.

Crazy to know that I actually watched the young daughter playing on her Moms Ipad while I was waiting for pickup and smiled at her.
This sucks.

Police chief just confirmed it was a murder suicide, they're not looking for anyone else, and it was a domestic violence incident.

While there are parts of some Canadian Cities that are less safe than others, the level of safety in Canada is comical compared to other countries.

We Canadians forget or don't know how good we have it.

Sorry for the derail, very sad situation.

So the North Division finds a dead woman just before 7pm, an hour and a half later the South Division responds to this suicidal man, leaves and then comes back around midnight and everyone is dead and this guy flees to the restaurant where I'm guessing he shoots himself?

So, making leaps of assumption, the guy kills the woman, goes to the family's house, is super distraught and suicidal, cops leave, and he kills them all.

What an awful situation.

Sad sad story. Horrible for everyone. Not as simple I know...buy I always wonder why they don't just kill themselves before commuting such heinous acts. Clearly it isn't that simple, but man.

Police show up at 8:30, leave, return at 12:20 and find 7 bodies in the house. Jesus christ.

I cannot imagine how those officers feel.

Can't believe Global makes you watch a Shomi commercial before the Police Chief's press-conference video! That's beyond disgusting.

You really think they pick the commercial before the video? It's a script programmed on the page to play one of the sponsoring companies, so the website is free for you to watch said video. In this case shomi (Shaw / Rogers) has paid to advertise their product before the video plays.
