Huska Interview:
2 out of 3 wins on the weekend - Great weekend. Found a way to win the first game, wasn't great the 2nd game and loved the effort of the team in the 3rd game in Albany. Skated hard and worked well as a team. Happy for 2 of 3 wins.
6 games in 11 days - Long roadtrip might be good for them. Schedule is strict and less distractions. Finishing on the road before a long break is a good thing.
2-1 against Bulldogs - Need to make sure they have a strong start so the Bulldogs can't control the game. Need to make sure they don't give up an early goal and give them momentum.
Charles Houdon - Need to limit his opportunities. Make sure they don't give him any room. Quick player, plays with courage, important to make sure he can't get the wheels going. All 5 guys need to ensure he's kept off scoreboard.
Baertschi - They need Sven to generate offensive. He's got good skills and ability, they need him to take the next step and be reliable for them. After the long stretch with the Flames, they hope to see him come back as the reliable guy, good habits, can't do his own thing on the ice. Should be good for the club to get him back.
PowerPlay - No goals in the last 6 games. Not happy with it. Simplifying the PP so everyone knows where they are going, what they are doing. Need to be quicker retrieving pucks. Not outworking the other teams penalty kill.
