Interesting fact - Wild game in St Paul with 8 players between the two teams born in Minnesota (Parise, Carter, Ballard, Prosser for Wild and Lee, Okposo, Leddy, Nelson on the Isles).

god .. if the Oilers win both games against the Sharks, it's going to make our last two losses hurt even more. That would have been a serious gap between us

If the Oilers win both games against the Sharks it's very good for us. The Oil would be helping us with our playoff picture if they can win against the dreadful Sharks.

Never thought I'd ever hear myself say this, but we really need the Oilers to win this game. If we can walk away from tonight's loss and have the 'Nucks, Sharks, and Kings all lose on the same night, we'll still be in good shape as far as the standings go.

Yeah, an ellipsis is fine occasionally. Continually posting four dots after each sentence with a space to boot is what I was asking about. I'm worried it's some sort of secret Nazi code.

The Predators win 3-0 after scoring two empty net goals and Rinne gets the shutout.

Anyone else notice how Olli Jokinen has only 1 point so far in 26 games? That is quite telling of either how bad he's legitimately been, or how rotten of luck he's had or both. And he's been averaging around 14:27 min of ice time per game.

On the plus side, he's only a -1 overall right now.

Oh no he's that bad. We replaced him with Lowry and it has made a huge difference. Nice guy Oli was but he's done.
