Boston doesn't look like the Boston of the last number of years.

The Johansen/Foligno/Hartnell line is dominating the Canucks everytime they're on the ice.

Letang scores for the Pens, now 6 behind Gio. But I'm not sure why the Carolina guys weren't complaining more about goalie interference on Ward, Crosby was pushing Lindholm into Cam, blocking him from making any save attempt.

LOL

Gene's 1st opposing player interview tonight, and as usual goes fishing for Oilers compliments...

"I wonder if you'll end up playing against the Oilers top line centered by Ryan Nugent Hopkins, what are the challenges you'll face?"
bla bla skilled bla bla

Pietrangelo should have said "I don't think it will be challenging at all".

That was a classic Principe pump up the Oilers garbage question to the opposition.

I don't listen to much other teams reporters (and haven't noticed Millions doing this) do other teams guys do this crap or is it another aspect of the worst broadcast crew in sports?

It probably comes from the top. If the Oilers spent half as much time worrying about their drafting and development that they do worrying about containing their public image, they'd be amazing.

They're the most paranoid, sensitive team in the league.

Biggest question entering the Oilers game tonight, why does Gene Principe think that's an acceptable haircut?

I think Millions is miles better than Principe in terms of balance and avoidance of blatant homerism (or is that Homerism?). When he's interviewing Flames' opponents the focus is almost always on that player or his team.

Oilers are Oiling again. Shots 13-2 for the Blues after the Oshie goal.
