It seems every winning streak starts when a team loses another game they deserve to win and every losing streak starts after a team wins a game they don't deserve to. In guessing the beginning of a mid season slump. 4-1 Ducks

Mr, Hockey doesn't know of any curse.

I really hope someone in the locker room can get the guys fired up for this, get them angry about the losing streak. I know pure emotion isn't enough, but at least I'd like to see a better performance than the last game. 2-1 and it's all Hiller. Let's do this!

I Get the feeling we end the curse tonight it will be a close game but we pull off a regulation win! Hiller has a big game and Glencross stays hot

Need an all world Hiller performance. And what the hell is taking our injured so long? Bouma on the first line makes me cringe a little going into a game that we so desperately want to win.
However, I guess I can't hate, as we're still one of the top offences in the league.

I'm thinking a 4-3 OT Win for the Flames, Mony with the OT Winner.

Well, let’s let Cammalleri explain:“I know Sid (Crosby) is firing on all cylinders, but is Gio maybe the best player in the world right now?” threw out Cammalleri from his Edmonton hotel on the eve of his return to Calgary as a New Jersey Devil.

Not to worried, gio was a fledgling captain last time these teams met. I'm sure he'll captain the team to a win.

I expect Glencross to continue good play, whether its because he's feeling better physically or just because he's that kind of streaky player.
Jones apparently skated, so he's a maybe. If he can't go, i'd like to see Ferland instead of Bouma, if Ferland has any capability of playing RW. They are both LH shots so neither replaces Jones' RH shot. Ferland has more offence, and enough toughness to play against the Ducks.
IIRC the only other RH shots are Jooris (needed at centre IMO) and Setoguchi (not an option).

3-2 Flames in OT. Jooris, Gio and Monahan with the goals. Hiller stops 30 shots and assists on a goal with some confident puck handling.

I'm surprised how Beauchemin has worked out for the Ducks since coming back from the Leafs. Top D line.. 23 minutes a night? Not bad for a guy I once considered a bit of a plug

Toronto's forwards have a way of making any defenseman look bad

Im so sick of hearing about our losing streak in Anaheim, would be nice if the Flames of this season continue to blow everything away and win this game so we don't have to hear about it everytime we go there.
This team bucks every other trend and surprises us at every turn, would any of us be shocked if they put an end to this losing streak?
Big test and I wouldn't bet against our never give up team.

McGrattan, Jooris, Jones, Setoguchi, Wideman and Knight all shoot right.

Well we have a completely new identity so I'm going to go with a 3-2 ot win. John G with the winner! Go flames go! Sucks I can't watch these games living in Vancouver. I usually buy center ice but decided not to this year and look how well the flames have played so far. I'm so tempted to order it again but I dont want to Jynx anything lol. #bitting the bullet.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about Knight, and I discounted Gratts as a top line winger option (even Seto's ahead in that discussion). I didn't even consider putting Wideman up front, but I don't think that's a good idea.
