Haven't been following the day to day transactions at RB...why has Mallett not been playing since (it seems) early in the year, even as a fill in for Cornish? Was he hurt?

Yep he went down with the injury (i think knee) after rushing for over 160 yards I think against the BC Lions.

this tackling stats is just overrated. Both Edmonton Eskimos (JC Sherritt 130) and BC Lions (Solomon Elimimiam 140 and counting) record is not even over .500. Meaning their defense spent more time on the field than their offense. Also, the guy can tackle someone close to the end zone and that still count as a tackle.
