I am just not getting all this 'best goal in years' talk. It was a nice goal, but whatever.
Oh, and it's just wrong to call it the Forsberg - especially when the way he did it, and the extension, were far more reminiscent of Zhamnov (who was doing it before Forsberg).

What goals have been better recently? The only one I can think of was Hemsky's from last season. That one was pretty amazing as well.

Its looking likely that the NHL will adopt what the AHL is doing right now in terms of overtime/shootouts.
I would like the return of ties. The regular season is a test to see who are the best teams for playoff admittance. Shoot-outs, 4 on 4 or 3 on 3, have no relation to playoff hockey.
