The needle phobia will pass. After a few it will be second nature.
I have a good GP and we are also doing the testosterone thing. It took a few blood tests for me to find the right doasage.
No personal advice as at age 53 I guess I've be very lucky, but a friend took it 2 years ago(not threw a doctor) and he ended up with so much joint pain he couldn't even play golf for a year.
If you do take it I hope it ends well for you Dion.
I guess I would be of the opinion that it never really hurts to give it a try. If you find you get a lot of the side effects or that they are too much, you can always stop. The thing with side effects is that they really have to cover all of their bases. Many people get few to none of them.
I don't have any experience with HGH but I have had health problems and been on different medications. I only ever had one where I decided it wasn't worth it. And I was able to do so. So I guess if that option is open to you, and I can't see why it wouldn't be, but I guess some treatments aren't really a 'half-way' thing, I would argue that it's probably worth a try, especially if your doctor thinks it is.
Side effects from HGH can be permanent.
Honestly OP if you're at all on the fence, I'd get opinions from multiple doctors. I'd also speak with as many people a you can with actual experience.
