You have a point in this case, an entire section of the story disappeared leaving gibberish ...
I didn't catch that as I try to glance back section by section
So point taken, but it does drive me nuts when the only focus is guys with pitchforks hoping for a "gotcha!" moment.

In the middle paragraph above, you missed a period after "section".

I've been reading D'arcy's work for the past 15 years? maybe longer. The man could teach a few "professional" journalists a thing or two about writing.
Well done, D'arcy! Always a good read!

CBG: Last night's Itchy & Scratchy was, without a doubt, the worst episode ever. Rest assured I was on the internet within minutes registering my disgust throughout the world.
Bart: Hey, I know it wasn't great, but what right do you have to complain?
CBG: As a loyal viewer, I feel they owe me.
Bart: What? They're giving you thousands of hours of entertainment for free. What could they possibly owe you? I mean, if anything, you owe them.
CBG: Worst episode ever.

Bingo is providing a community service by taking time out of their life to write these. The only thing they receive in return is the gratitude of other members. So I would advise that unless you feel the desire to edit for Darcy or perhaps volunteer to help write them ( as he has recently requested volunteers to help ensure EVERY GAME is covered) That you show more appreciation for what other members do for the greater good of the community.

Thanks for the write-up again. Always appreciated.
I really liked the look of the Bouma-Colburne-Raymond line. Hopefully they get a chance to keep playing together and develop more chemistry.
Monahan and Hudler were another strong pair.
I know it's early in the season, but really want to see Glencross move his feet more. I didn't think his play was bad, just not a lot of hustle. He's easily one of the fastest skaters on the team when he wants to be.

I definitely agree. Glencross looks so lazy sometimes it makes me angry. There was some discussion about it in the game thread. Though - that's what makes him a $2.5M player and not a $5M player. He has been incredibly inconsistent his entire career. When he's on (and subsequently skating hard every shift) he is dynamic and one of the Flames top players. When he's not - well that's when you see 50 foot glides to the bench for a line change during active play.

Long time CP reader and first time poster. Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you Bingo for the countless hours that you put into your game takes and stories. You are the first place I look to for an honest and insightful accounting of the game and the team. I'm certain that you have a number of silent fans of your work just like myself that have a great deal of appreciation for what you do. Thanks so much!

As someone who has written, edited and reviewed scholarly work, I disagree with this statement. The occasional typo and grammar issue is far less important to the clarity of a written article than content and logical flow (which Bingo generally has in abundance). Anything can be posted on the internet and it’s you who chose to read it. If time constraints prevent full review, I’d prefer that Bingo still post his interesting thoughts on a game than nothing at all. He’s volunteering his time and owes you nothing in terms of perfect spelling and grammatical polish.
