Are we sure he's a "healthy" scratch?

It would come as no surprise if he's sore and banged up from that Burrows hit last night.

my money is an injury.

Yes, it sounds like Hartley made a point to make it be known that Wideman and McGrattan are both healthy scratches tonight.

I still can't believe Feaster thought spending nearly $12 million on Wideman, Jones, and SOB was an ok thing to do.

What would Wideman's buyout be if they buy him out next off-season?

I noticed Feaster didn't mention Wideman or Jones in his bitter troll tweets
what did he say?

or is this when he said the one of the 2 things he is proud of during his tenure with the Flames was not leaving the Flames with any crappy contracts or something like that?

I don't think Gazdic is playing. So in that case, Bollig and Engelland bring enough toughness, plus they're better hockey players.

Lowest payroll in the league, one of the highest ticket prices, your Calgary Flames.

Wideman is a vet if he can't motivate himself to play sitting him out the game isn't going to do anything.

I would be totally ok with that.

It would be much easier of Wideman just got off his lazy butt and tried harder so that we can keep him at least as a 3rd pairing, PP specialist, but it's really up to him. Not sure what will motivate him since he's all but guaranteed that money.

That is such a strange, childish tweet. Is that actually a verified account?
