Cheering for the biker girls. They are certainly competitive but also have the right attitude to take the time to enjoy where they are and what they are experiencing.

As a scientist the scientists somehow completely annoy me.

Biker girls end up last and get eliminated after a great play by the surfers taking the fast forward.

That was a great episode, the most action-packed in a long time.

Wanted the biker girls to win, them beating the scientists to the pit stop would have completed a great episode.

Yup...the whole focus on "teaming up" against someone in the race is so old. The ice cream girls are annoying.

I was cheering for the biker girls. They seemed to have the right attitude as I think I posted earlier in the thread. They were a good team and I hate it when the good teams go out for one mistake and much weaker teams are left in.

I don't mind the teaming up against someone...it could be a valid strategy. I don't like that what it has become and that is teaming up against someone just because you don't like them or they did something mean to you (like U-turn or whatever).

If they teamed up to get strong teams out and played a bit of a social game to do that no problem. Which is almost what happened this past week I guess but it wasn't executed properly because some people are just not smart. Teams should have been doing everything possible to get the dentists to finish last in legs since it was apparent they are one of the strongest two teams.

The problem with going after the Dentists is that they had the Save in their back pocket, so U-Turning them wouldn't have gotten them eliminated.

That's why it was a good strategy for the Food Scientists and Wrestlers to U-Turn the Surfers and Cyclists. In most situations, the Cyclists would have easily won the Fast Forward without any other teams trying for it and the Surfers and Dentists would have been racing for fourth place.

U-Turning the Surfers would have most likely ensured that they finished last and went home. The only thing that could have saved the Surfers (in the scenario where the Cyclists win the FF without competition) would have been if the Surfers got to the U-Turn ahead of the Dentists and U-Turned the Dentists. If the Wrestlers had U-Turned the Cyclists, even though they had every reason to believe the Cyclists were already lounging at the Pit Stop, it would have blocked the Surfers' ability to U-Turn the Dentists, which would have virtually guaranteed the Dentists would finish fourth and not need to use their Save.

This week's episode will almost certainly be a non-elimination leg (they have 3 episodes left and four teams remaining, so there has to be a non-elimination, and they don't do non-eliminations with only 3 teams left). If the Dentists had used their Save on the last leg, this week's would likely not be a non-elimination leg (they never explained what would happen if the Save was used, but the most likely scenario would be getting rid of one of the planned non-elimination legs).

It was in every team's best interest for the Dentists to not finish last on any leg to ensure that all of the non-elimination legs would be available to every team.

Understood but it keeps you from being eliminated and it also removes that save. Now in this case I believe it was the last time they could have used it but they should have been aggressively gunning for the Dentists several legs ago. I think it is also important to make them taste last and have them race from the back of the pack far more than they have. He is a guy that looks to panic when he's not out front.

Either way I just don't like it when tools go unused and who I consider terrible racers to still be around at this point. The scientists and wrestlers are two of the worst top 4 teams I can remember.

But that seems to be what the race is moving towards in recent seasons.

I can't wait for the water buffalo challenge. The only way such an episode could be better is if after that they made them unroll some bails of hay.

At this point I hope the surfers win, I think they also have a good attitude and I haven't had to listen to any constant god talk from them so that's good.

Non elimination leg before the inevitable final 3. Water Buffalo didnt do much but bunch everyone up....and the dentists found their clue very quickly. Hope th scientists or wrestlers find a way to suck next episode and leave the surfers to challenge the dentists.

So no real Final 3 this year...all 4 teams continue racing at todays Pitstop with the Ice Cream girls getting lucky again. Phil did mention that one team will be eliminated during the next leg leaving 3 to finish.
The wrestlers won today and I think Ill puke a little if they manage to win it all, but outside of the surfers I just dont like any remaining team anyways.
The surfers would have won this leg hands down if they checked the backpack for their lost clue a lot earlier than they did.
Now they will bunch all of them up on a trip back to LA.

Disappointed the wrestlers lost....I thought they were the best part of the race all season. I don't blame them for being upset that the Scientists still stayed in the race. Not being the smartest or the most directionally savvy team would have made their win exciting. Also would have liked the surfers or the dentists winning.

Nice job by the scientists though, they recovered nicely after forgetting to change clothes at the movie set.

Disappointed the surfers lost. Glad the dentists lost. The scientists were lucky. Kind of a blah season and worse they moved it to Friday night.

The wrestlers were idiots. I wish the surfers won. Dentists were annoying, scientists got lucky.

Please get rid of that stupid save or at least take it out of play before the u-turns.

Was cheering for the surfers - such a likeable couple - but my second choice was the scientists.

They were overmatched physically for a lot of it, and then you throw the ankle injury in as well. However, they kept their composure and were methodical at the challenges. They communicated well. Pretty good recipe to win.

My only disappointment with the scientists was that they didn't have to do a Speed Bump after having a non elimination before. Or did they just not classify that second last leg as a continuation and not a non-elimination part? Either way they should have had a Speed Bump.

I was pulling for the surfers and the wrestlers as they had the personalities. Over all it wasn't a great season, but it was decent enough.

Glad that the Dentists did not win. Would have liked to see the surfers win after the biker girls got eliminated.

A little odd there was no speed bump but I don't think it would have mattered. Seemed to me that the editing could not hide how much quicker the scientists were at that final task. I think they destroyed the other two teams on it.

And kudos to the organizers for having a legitimately difficult final task. Required knowledge of where they went AND a good deal of on the spot memorization. It reminded me of some of the tasks they used to have mid race that would really stump teams for hours.
