I've seen an Alberta plate with P1550FF or something very similar

I remember years ago before I had a car I was sitting in the back of a transit bus. Waiting at a bus stop, there were many people waiting for different buses. I was bored looking out the back and saw this guy about 55 to 60 standing wearing a golf shirt, and had C size breasts with a bra on. The guy wasn't drag or living as a woman, he was a skinny dude wearing mens clothes, but had breasts like a woman with a bra on. He looked so normal except for the breasts no one really noticed, until this woman beside finally did it was hilarious to see her reaction.

What the heck! That is a bizarre looking listing. What' with the close ups of the light bulbs?
