Guitar Lesson/Teacher Recommendations

If you already have a guitar and a play station 4 or Xbox one I would look into the game rocksmith 2014. I've been using it and in a short time I went from a very meh player to being strong on my chords and able to play without looking at the guitar. It automatically adds more notes or takes them away as you begin to improve or struggle too much. Plus there's mini games for many different techniques.

Do kids play on smaller guitars? What sort of budget should I be looking at? Or should I just go to Axe and listen to their advice?

My daughter just finished her in house lesson.

She is 10, quit piano and is brand new to guitar. She has a nice young lady come to our place every Monday for an in house lesson. 45 minutes each visit.
They were recommended to us by another family in the neighborhood and they are pleased as well. My daughter is loving it.


We are in the SE but I think they service all over town.

My favorite female guitarist is Jess Lewis who was shredding years ago and then became more of a jazz player.
