yeah! I am excited he is back again. He is a great player to have and I hope he stays a Flame for a long time and wins here.

I was a little surprised it wasn't longer but maybe they want to see him improve and have another good season before committing. He hasn't played 2 full seasons yet right?

A lot of line-ups have Bouma on the 4th line ....

From dec on Bouma had 2 games with less than 10 minutes ice time ... He had 21 games with more than 15 minutes of ice time....

I guess they are thinking that the Flames line-up additions of Bollig, Raymond and Setigouchi are upgrades on Cammalleri and Stempniak and Galliardi.

When everyone is healthy that's where he should be. It would have been the same last year. But when you have Glencross miss over half the games, Cammalleri and Stajan miss 20, Stempniak traded, even Jones being injured there was room for him to move up. Which isn't bad, a player capable of playing on the PK, a regular 4th line shift and move up the depth chart in a pinch is still a solid player.

Most badly worded signing thread title, but great news nonetheless.

How so...? Seems fine to me.

Heck, it doesn't even say "sing" or "resign" like many do!

A lot of that might be PK time? Bouma is top 2 or 4 PK on this team

Yup. Glad hes back. I hope they pay him a bit more for taking that many pucks to the body.
