Or maybe there would be a couple more?

Whoever votes for anyone other than Vernon, can you please post as to why you chose someone else?
I'd love to hear the arguement against Mikey besides "Look at me, I'm cool. I'm different".

So did Fuhr. In that era, goalies got riddled all the time. The real test was if they could make the big save in the big game.

CMPunk has been purposely ****ing with every one of these polls. This is definitely a 100%, just with a few attention seekers.

That's why I wish Bingo had just done the poll like he did for Lanny.
Wait, 4 votes for someone other than Vernon!?

It is a travesty that Vernon isn't in the Hall of Fame. He was a better goaltender than Fuhr.

Easy vote for me, for sure, but I just felt Dan Bouchard should be seen in the polls as he was a pretty important stopper in Atlanta.
Hell I put up guys against Otto!
McDonald was truly unique in that nobody really made an impact before him, and his jersey has been retired for 25 years

Two things about that video.
1) There is no Stanley Cup banner in the dome without that save on Smyl.
2) Dana Murzyn was the biggest pylon in the history of the Flames.

That looks like it was one of the most exciting OT's of all time. Vernon bailed us out about 5 times there.
Funny how after all those glorious chances by both teams (that save on Mullen by Maclean, wow!) it's the worst chance of them all that goes in.

People voting for anyone but Vernon here are not Flames fans. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

It's remarkable that a guy who couldn't skate backwards had a lengthy NHL career.
