Deustchland with a 4 2 3 1 lineup with Klose at striker and Lahm back where he should be at RB

Nah I agree with you Fotze.
If you have the ball in the box you should be getting a shooting chance out of it.

Doesn't usually work in soccer. Generally goalies take the shots that can be taken. There's a reason they don't count sv% in soccer.

That was a great header, and that guy is a Center Back.

German defense looks vastly better with Hummels in and Lahm in his proper position.

Pretty uneventful game outside the goal which has to bode well for Germany. France getting very little attack going so far.

Surprisingly one-sided so far. Germany has the game in control.

That was Müller, he's a diver.
Klose didn't dive, clear push from the back.

Wow, I can't stand Muller. Plus he looks like Grendel from Beowulf.

Klose dove in the box and totally embelleshed the push in the back.
Muller has gone down easy a couple times as well.

Just to add, Germany's goal came from a Kroos dive.

Irrelevant, the point is that there was a clear strong push from the back which stopped Klose from running for the ball properly. Clear foul and absolutely PK worthy. But those are rarely called, because they're almost impossible to see for the ref.

Yeah Müller is Müller. Great player, but he's a diver and a bit of a whiner.

A bit? I can't think of a player in this tournament who has whined more than him...

I guess Müllers diving doesn't really bother me as much as Robbens, because Müller just sucks at it
He's just way too obvious, and the expressions and handwaving are so over the the top that mostly he's just a clown out there. And he pretty rarely gets anything from the ref for it.
(After saying that he probably flops a PK for Germany, but still.)
That's not to say that it doesn't bother me at all, but he just fails to infuriate me like Robben.

Or maybe it could be as simple as you not liking the Dutch and liking the Germans?
Both embellishing cheats.

There's probably a bit of that, but I also watch them play for the same team, Bayern Münich, and it's the same thing there. When I watch Robben (or Ribery), he pisses me off. Müller, he just makes me laugh. The amount of respect isn't any greater, but it's a different type of a reaction.
And I don't like that team.
