Kid seems to have it together, probably won't need much mentoring. Hopefully he can make friends easily and stays with us for a decent part of his career. Players need mentoring are guys like Backlund (Stajans probably helping there) or Colborne.

Glad I could help. Someone had to say it. Does anyone seriously think Glencross is leadership material? Good player when he feels like it. Awful when he doesn't. Not how we want our young players to play.

Also have to say Hudler. Similar players, both on the smaller side and have to use their speed and skill to make plays and create chances.

Hudler. I really don't think there's much to mentor on the ice, learning how to be an NHL pro off of the ice is the mentoring he needs.

Actually, the entire roster as it stands today, not just Hudler.
