The high sticking double minor was pretty standard, as was the delay of game call on Ramo.

No, the rest were all obvious.

High stick leading to a bloodied nose, Ramo shooting the pick over the glass, and Bouma tripping a Devil.

Yeah, it's been more a case of the players being ill disciplined and taking obvious penalties than the refs being whistle happy.
