I agree, when in doubt make sure rather than come back with a ridiculous bill and have to fight it off.

If you're using the Wind US add on, make sure your Sim card is compatible/up to date. My buddy has an S3 or S4 and all he got was data when we were in Vegas. Over 2 days on the phone and no one knew what was wrong and there was no ticket number. On the last day they finally figured out he needed a new Sim card to work with the add on.
