Random non important story:
I helped tear down some election signs in my ward and ran into Jon Lord who was taking down his the day after he lost. I was an absolute nobody and he actually sat there and chatted with me for about 10 minutes about the election experience. I know he wasn't many people's first choice for mayor, but I thought he was a great and very humble guy after our small chat.
