Hartley post game

"Granlund doesn't look too good. Wotherspoon might be good for next game"

Good effort again. I still can't believe edmonton let the kings get 50 shots on them.

LA is the new Minnesota Wild in terms of entertaining hockey... but its Sutter and Regehr, so I'll allow it.

Not much to say. LA is a very good team and the Calgary Flames/Heat struggled to impose their will.

Ortio had little chance on any of the goals.

Knight really struggled tonight. Brodie too.

Best part of the game was watching Mcgratton rip slap shot after slap shot every chance he got. When him and Regehr went into the corner together after one of the shots you could tell they were both having a chuckle about it.

I'd love to see McGrattans Points per minute stats.

Maybe the big lug needs more ice time.

He's starting to fancy himself as a power forward. Great outlook!

You know what, for what he is, McGrattan is a pretty smart hockey player. It isn't often he makes a stupid mistake or hangs his team out to dry. He's not Probert, but I would love to see them give him a regular shift for the rest of the season.

Darren Haynes ‏@DarrenHaynes_CP 21s How about McGrattan on Monday. In the last 10 NHL seasons, nobody has scored a goal and had six shots in less ice time than his 8:31 vs LA.

Sad how many people had left the building by mid-third. But they'll be kicking themselves at the ending they missed. The boys came close. Luckily the numbers in my section were nicely hacked down in time for the ice girls to come up and give away free items, too.

As nice as it's been to dress some kids, it'll be nice to get some vets back. The lack of experience showed tonight, and for the most part we didn't know how to answer LA throughout the game.

Erik Mueller-Thode ‏@SmoothPlumz 43m .@bigern10 twinkles the twine again then scores 2 huge goals off the ice by taking the time with my kids. All class. pic.twitter.com/kWjm1MYTCt

Speaking about the Flames outhitting the Kings 2 to 1.

Hallet, "is there at least a nod for the physical play you did bring out tonight"?

TJ Galiardi, " Uh no because they had the puck the entire time, that's why we had more hits."

When Granlund went down, the Flames were left with 3 NHL centers. Monahan also had a season-high 21:50 including some rare PK time, which shows even more trust coming from Hartley.
