I would throw in Anaheim if I could, as I would hate scoring if I'd have to listen to that stupid ####ing tugboat horn. And those hideous jerseys.. Weather is the only plus.

Like with any job, going to work and not being appreciated gets old fast. So playing in a market where nobody knows who the eff you are, even if you win a Stanley Cup is definitely not a place I would want to play in. So:

Winnipeg - 10 months of winter and 2 months of flooding and bugs, no thanks
Edmonton - so bad I listed it twice
Florida - interacting with fans (?) would be hard
NYR - hate them
Detroit - hate them as much as Vancouver

For young people saying Columbus, it would be an awesome place to play. OSU football, college town and you would have lots of money. In my 20's I would have loved to be there and never leave.

Edmonton Oilers - Never. I'll force a trade if I was ever drafted by the Oilers.
Vancouver Canucks - See above.
Buffalo Sabres - Nothing against the team. Just not sure I could live there for years.
Phoenix Coyotes - I want to play hockey, not worry about the situation around the team.
New York Islanders - Unless the Wang/Snow gong show leaves.
Washington Capitals - I'm not a huge fan of the Capitals team right now. It's as simple as that.
Toronto Maple Leafs - Many players would find it a dream...but not me.

Edmonton-Obvious reasons
Vancouver-Team and organization sucks, look how they treated luongo. Although I do love the city
New York Islanders-do not like the organization
Florida-Do not like the location, or organization
Columbus-Boring organization
Phoenix-bad fan base, team is always in financial trouble,dont want to live in the desert
San Jose-Team has never been able to win anything and seems to be on the decline
