Ok, so maybe according to Proverbs 31 this woman shouldn't be flying an airplane. It's not entirely clear as man made flight would not be invented for quite some time, so it's at best a grey area. What is clear, however, is the bible endorses us regular peasants to forget our troubles by getting blind stinking drunk!

The last time I flew Westjet, the captain was a lady, and we seemed to make it there just fine.

Had some issues parallel parking the plane though.

Part of the reason is because the captain herself responded to it on her own Facebook page. She was the source. Had it just slipped onto Reddit or something it probably wouldn't have become anything.

I think there is probably a subtle difference to being on "the" no fly list and banned by a particular airline. He can certainly be banned from Westjet for being a moron.

Proverbs 31 means nearly the exact opposite of that man's interpretation.

Proverbs 31 describes a strong, entrepreneurial woman, who is highly respected. For it's time of writing, I would say it's very remarkably feminist.
