I got to touch the Cup (and get a picture) at the 2000 NHL Draft at the Saddledome.

Was lucky enough to get to see Canada vs Germany (and a few other games) at the Olympics in 2010 - I was sitting behind the net that Shea Weber put the puck through.

Have tickets to the WJC in Toronto this year. Ridiculously excited. Going to hit up the Hall of Fame as well.

I got to meet my hockey hero (Theo Fleury) several times and have lots of autographs from him. I went to his hockey school for a few years. Stopped him on a breakaway in a scrimmage - still counts even though we were messing around playing with a beachball instead of a puck.

Nice.

Every Flames fan has to meet Peter Maher at some point. He's fantastic.

I'd like to be able to sit in the broadcst booth when Peter Maher is doing a Flames broadcast from the Dome.

That is only a superstition for players. For the vast majority of us that superstition doesn't apply. In fact when you pose with the Stanley Cup the handler will incourage you to touch it, even hug it.

Ahh the old hockey fan bucket list. Managed to knock off seeing all original 6 teams play, only have the Canucks left on my "all Canada" list. Then onto the entire league. Think I'm sitting at about 15 teams now.

They actually let me hold the Stanley Cup, but I was warned several times that I was under no circumstances to lift it over my head.
Where was that, Ken? I was allowed to do that, no one had a problem (again, maybe it's a new thing? This was in 1986)

I've been around the Cup multiple times, but I refused to touch it out of having too much respect for hockey and those that win it.

Feel I'm not worthy, but to each his own.

Yeah, I've got some catching up to do. In terms of home arenas, I've only done Calgary, Edmonton, Tampa (Game 7...), Chicago and Phoenix. But the Isles, Rangers and Devils are coming up next month, along with a trip to the HHOF and the Jays home opener. Oddly enough, I've flown to Vancouver twice to watch a hockey game, but in neither case was it at GM Place. Memorial Cup in 07, and yesterday. I've also done 8/22 WHL arenas.

As to the list, it would be interesting to see all 99 entries. Of the ones in OP, I have done the following:
- Touch the Stanley Cup
- Go to the Stanley Cup Final
- Stay warm at a winter classic
- Toss a Teddy Bear
- Go to the Memorial Cup
- Journey to the end of the World Junior Championship
- Meet your hockey hero
- Walk the Red Mile

Would also add "watched an Olympic hockey game".

Seeing the Cup won live was very cool (Edmonton, 1984).

I'd like to see a game in every building (so far I've been to Northland's, Saddledome, Montreal Forum and the Bell Centre)
