The 2 games with canadian teams involved were low scoring. The 2 all US games were shootout the lights. The Sabres won 5-4 in OT over the Bruins in the battle of the backup goalies. Chara did a choke jobe as Dagostini got the puck and scored. The Kings win 6-4. The Avs had a 4-2 lead in the 2nd period before the Kings scored 4 unanswered goals and tied the game before the end of the 2nd period. Kopitar with 3 points. The Red Wings win 2-1 in OT over the Habs. Howard and Budaj played well in net. Howard almost had the shutout but lost it when the Habs scored with 29 seconds left in reg time. Hansen gets a pass from Sestito and scores the lone goal which was the GWG midway through the 3rd period, 1-0 Canucks over the Blues in reg time. Eddie Lack gets the SHUTOUT stopping 20 shots, Halak faced 35 Canucks shots. The Canucks losing streak ends and Canucks fans turn on the playoff dream machine again.
