It is going to be awful in BC Place. The stadium seating is so flat there it's annoying to watch football beyond 20 rows up. You literally can't fall down the stairs there no matter how hard you try. Never mind it's inside with a $500M hole in the roof.

I would have liked to of seen you open the door to the ice like Healy did for Richter. Truly an elite door opener.

Glenn Healy is the worst kind of name-dropper - he drops his own name. All the time.

I wish the CBC would drop his name.

How so? For this game the majority of the seats look to be closer to the ice due to the steeper seats. looks like center ice is around second base.

Healy played a whopping 68 minutes in the 1994 playoffs. Mike Richter played 1417.

"We" my ass.

He and Kypreos must reminisce fondly of 94.

Ok for all his faults, mocking him for being the backup isn't really fair. He was still part of the team and it's not exactly an easy job to be on call to jump in at any time. That's basically saying no back up goalie deserves to get to claim they played on a cup winning team.

Of course, but you don't ever hear any other backup goalie boast about their accomplishments. Healy, unprompted, let's it be known every week that he's a Stanley Cup champion. Mocking his results is more than fair compared to how much he peacocks around.

Is that Healy talking about Brodeur looking one way and the puck going the opposite way? That's called a deflection you maroon.

Fair. I've never really heard him mention it before, but I usually tune out when he's doing interviews etc.

They really need to put Schneider in net for the third period.

I'm sure he will be spending the entire intermission stretching and warming up. Putting him in in the second would have resulted in him tearing ... everything haha.

Seems to be a CBC standard - Sook Yin Lee and Ron Maclean also can't resist inserting themselves into their programs.
