Oh totally, I just mean wouldn't it be nice if everyone got a day off at least once a year?

I'm more surprised how much of the world DOES shut down for Christmas Day.

For a non-religious society that's pretty remarkable

Shopper Drug Marts are generally open and have a pretty good grocery section depending on what you need

Jerusalem Shwarma is open. I went there for lunch a few days ago and they told me they were open something like 12-6.

Yep. We've learned from previous Christmases and didn't even try to go to T.Pot today. We headed straight to Chinatown for dim sum and did not have to wait for a table. Prices are better too in Chinatown.
