1. Stajan traded for draft pick(s)
2. Cammalleri traded for draft pick(s)
3. Finish season with Backlund/Monahan/Colborne/Knight as our centers, and they do well
4. Sign Arnold, Gaudreau, Agostino and Gillies
5. Byron to continue flourishing and finish with 30+ points and solid two way play
6. Heat to win Calder Cup with all the youngsters leading the way
7. Berra and Ramo to continue improving as they have been
8. Stempniak traded for draft pick(s)
9. Burke to fleece a couple GM's via trades

Agree with some of these of course, a lot getting repeated. But missing one (I think) I'm very worried about...
My wish is that we keep Bob Hartley as I think he does he is doing an excellent job. The effort is through the roof, and players seem to be developing. But I am worried that Burke, or the next GM, will end up getting rid of him somewhere as it 'wasn't their choice'.

Offer sheet by Edmonton for Calgary's Roman Horak which results in 3 first rounders. However Kevin Lowe fails to realize he already has obtained Horak. We end up drafting Ekblad, McDavid and Sean Day the next 3 drafts while claiming the Stanley cup 2 of the 3 years in shocking fashion.

For the Flames - Monahan to win the Calder
For the Oilers - "We are announcing the hiring of Wayne Gretzky and Grant Fuhr."
For the Canucks - "We are announcing the hiring of Greg Louganis."

I wish for Gaudreau to sign his elc this year.
Ekblad to the Flames.
Somehow turn the UFAs into players like Berglund, Toffoli etc.
Draft Vladimir Tkatchev in the second round.
Jankowski to break out and shut the haters up.
Granlund to get called up and stay. Proves to end up being the better of the brothers.
Both Berra and Ramo to get some shut outs for their sake.

Some how, some way, Burke manages to rally Granlund, Cammalleri and Reinhart into Coyle, Ceci and Pulock in three magical deals that sets the team in the right direction for a quick rebuild.

No chance Burke is going to wait 3 years just to make playoffs. There will be lots of player movement in the near future. There are already some key pieces in place.
