You know things have hit rock bottom for the Canes, losing to Edmonton.

Kinda true, but on the other hand with the new alignment St Louis has played 18 games against the west, while Ovechkin and the Caps have played 14.

Not a whole lot of difference in the opposition they've played thus far at least.

Go Canes! Good to see a 3 point game though, we need to see as many as possible when it involves bottom feeders like these two.

Well, an Oilers loss would make this nice slightly more bearable

Is there a team that gets more OT power plays than the Oilers? They sure seem to get a lot of them.

Oilers, Florida and Buffalo all getting 2 points is not a bad thing. Neither has a chance of making the playoffs, so them winning can only be a good thing...especially if it means the Oilers keep on keepin' on.

I had to look it up, thought you were kidding.

Nope, he had one goal, one assist in a 5-4 win and was -1...............the only minus on the team. Wow.

Wow ... that actually was replacement glass in Florida and they just couldn't figure out how to take the paper off.

I think that's more embarrassing than not having replacement glass at all.

Isles tie it up late and get a point as well...and now in the shootout so maybe another point coming up.

Good night for the Shart for Reinhart / Bad for Eckblad fans.

I can't believe (or can believe, I'm not sure yet) what a disaster the Islanders are this year.

Isles win in the shootout. It's not easy to pick up points in San Jose, although the Sharks have now lost games 4 in a row.
