The only difference between that picture and one that would be taken here in Norway, or Denmark, or in Holland is the revolting amount of unsightly yellow and blue in yours.

Living next door to Sweden is like living next door to the Vancouver Canucks, with all their pretentious expectations of hockey supremacy.

Besides, Swedes are just making advertising their women more. The rest of Scandinavia are just quietly happy with their own beautiful women

^ True, sure here are beautiful women, but they are everywhere anyways, except UK, they don't have beautiful women.

No kidding. It's a cycle and some of the best all-time have retired recently (Roy) or close (Brodeur). Canada may not have HOF talent but still has some good goaltenders to choose from. There will be another Roy or Brodeur in the future that I have no doubt. Canadian fans are just greedy.

Besides all I care about in the big picture is that the Flames have a great goaltender and it matters not to me what's on his birth certificate.

We kill goalie talent very quick. I see it in all my childrens minor hockey. If a goalie doesn't play the hybrid butterfly to a tee, he doesn't make the team. I've seen many kids look great in warm ups but are total sivs. Start looking at how many pucks a kid stops on effort and quickness instead of how much his daddy spent to make him look good sliding from post to post. Look for talent that stands out no matter his style.
