Hmmm, thinking about buying tickets for someone and taking them, but it'll be a last minute thing. What's the best/safest (not fakes) way to get tickets? Given the weather on Monday maybe some good deals to be had?

You'll probably have a good chance at tickets, since you're going on Tuesday...

Go to StubHub, you pay the 20% fee but its worth it because they'll guarantee the tickets or refund you if they turn out to be fake. And right now there are a lot of tickets available below face.

Also, Monday...

Thanks (again),

So how does stub hub work? Do you print them or still have to meet up with someone?

Most people who post on StubHub have electronic tickets. I've only ever had hard copy once and that was back in like 2007. Usually it says if they're electronic on the site. In fact just looking all I see for Calgary is "Instant Download".

Anyone know when PJ's plane was suppose to land at yyc? If it wasn't last night, I'd say there's probably a chance of a cancellation.

Nothing posted on their official Twitter, yet.

I'd say they're already here. The Spokane show was on Saturday, which means they had all day Sunday to get in. But they probably had to wait for the Hitman game to end before starting the setup.

Again, that's my guess.

I would like to think they saw the forecast for today and made a concerted effort to get in before the ugliness hit. I think the bigger concern for them is getting to Vancouver now.

Believe me, I'll be watching their website and Twitter feed all day for updates. I hope this doesn't get canceled.

Everyone should take the c-train tonight, just to minimize gridlock on the grounds, given the weather...and so you can drink a few beers!

I'll be very surprised if it gets postponed, and if it does its likely going to be postponed a while, like the next tour leg in North America. Friday is the end of this leg.

No reason why they couldn't come back next weekend or Monday, no dates after friday until the new year!

This show is going to happen, I doubt they aren't already here. Its the Vancouver show that is probably in trouble, not sure if they'll be able to get their trucks out there in time.

Besides the weather might ensure an epic show tonight. Keep us warm for 4 hours!

Came across this tweet:

https://twitter.com/cdnrod/status/407378305428357120

Sitting at joeys in Calgary and the crew from PJ are here can't wait for the show tomorrow night #pearljam

I have no idea how legit this is, or how this guy is affiliated or knows PJ. It's encouraging though!

Apparently they have loaded up the gear up into the Dome. Sounds like it is a go tonight.

Source? Not that I have a reason not to believe you, but do you know someone that works at the Dome or something like that? I haven't been listening to the radio. Been listening to Ten, Vs., Vitalogy, etc all morning.

Saw a couple mentions on Twitter, and that Ten Club tickets are available at 2pm. If it were cancelled they would have announced by now I would think.
