It made me laugh when she said "there's a 'Wendy K' in there" regarding Nieuwendyk because that's how I've always known how to spell it.
I have a sister named Wendy and our last name starts with K. During Nieuwendyk's rookie year, she noticed that his name ended with her name. So, I've always been able to remember that it's "N-I-E-U Wendy K".
