I want to see Jackman pot one on the Flames for some of the crap he's taken on this board. Filled his role just fine IMO.

Hartley will likely still try to give him minutes and will get all confused when we keep icing 4 players.

good deal. Opens up a contract spot for possible later trades involving veterans and allows the Flames to recall a guy from Abbotsford ... probably Reinhart (or Jones haha). Glad I won't see another stupid penalty by Jackman that costs the Flames. He had that one decent season, but he couldn't build to it and I'm sure Feaster could have flipped him for more back then. But, of course:

Pretty happy Feaster didn't wait on this, clears up a roster/contract spot for some young guys.. or Jones.

He did, but he's also become redundant with McGrattan and Bouma on the team. McGrattan is a better fighter, and Bouma is a better option for a fourth line energy guy.


Blair Jones gets the call up. Makes sense with how he has been playing in Abby.
