don't like to see punches to the back of the head; Holtby received about 10 of them. Dirty stuff

Not like it is anything new or surprising but what a POS Emery is.

Can't stop a beachball so he races down the ice to try and start a fight with Holtby who wants nothing to do with it so Emery jumps him and throws multiple punches to the back of Holtby's head as Holtby tries to turn away.

I am sure Emery will feel like a big man but he should be suspended for that horsecrap like any goon would be if they jumped and attacked a skater in a similar situation.

Holtby got dragged into this one as emery came flying down the ice for no real reason. Holtby tried to avoid it but the only ref there couldn't keep emery at bay who proceeded to tee off.

If the ref isn't going to stop the fight when Holtby clearly doesn't want to fight, then why were the 5 Caps on the ice not jumping on Emery? Stand up for your goalie

The Mooseheads have scored 15 goals tonight, and still some time left in the 3rd.

The disgusting thing you don't mention is Michael Latta tried to help Holtby only to be turned away by St. Laurent. As disgusted as I am with emery....st Laurent should be embarrassed and reprimanded for allowing that to
go on as long as it did.

That is just garbage by Emery. Great job by the players policing themselves. A whole lot of facepunching that accomplishes absolutely nothing.

ESPN is showing that Emery was named the third star in the game tonight. If ever there was proof that the three star selections in most barns are complete shinguard, this is it.

With a crappy year last season and a 3-9 start to this one how long before Snider goes crazy and starts trading stars and firing Holmer?

After all that madness in the WAS-PHI game I take great joy in hearing that the Flyers got real banged up with injuries as a result. Losers!

Seguin just tied the game at 2-2 between Colorado and Dallas. Only a few minutes left

Watching it makes my blood boil. I would have loved to see a Cap cross check him in the face.

The Habs-Wild game had great atmospere and was entertaining to watch as Minnesota won 4-3 in regulation. Pomminville gets the winning goal in the third period. Josh Harding was back in goal for the Wild. http://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/en/recap?id=2013020196&navid=sb:recap

The Islanders-Senators game was also a good game to watch. Robin Lehner put on a goaltending clinic for the Senators as he faced 57 Islander shots! The Islanders had 25 shots on goal in the second period. Ottawa was lucky to get a single point, the Islanders won 5-4 in the shootout. http://www.cbc.ca/sports-content/hockey/nhl/game/1345581/recap/
