The thread how do ratings work explains what each does though there is some ambiguity. I can post a screenshot of the levers.

That actually really impacts how I target and value certain players as I have always specifically sought high en/du players with the mindset that they are more "playable".
So to that note, is it possible to make the entire slider system (screenshot perhaps?) public knowledge for the league? things like this seem like a pretty important piece when setting lines and utilization.
As a final note, I'm not sure there is anything that could be done about this but the rate that players are fatiguing doesn't seem inline with the NHL. Again, my example of OEL...If i played him 29 minutes a game on back-back nights he would be unplayable for 3-4 days. Where as it is common place for him to play 29 minutes a game in the NHL. Not sure what can be done about this if ratings don't factor in to conditioning hits though....just a thought.

I interpret "Fatigue for 100 Endurance players" as being the baseline and players below 100 EN would perform worse than listed

Grant, how does this work for goalies? Is there a sohts against con threshold?
Bernier has played 2 games in 7 days (and is currently sitting on 3 days rest) and he is still a 99. He faced 79 shots in these 2 games. I understand that he is not rated as a starter but this seems a bit extreme to me and something that will probably cause league problems once the schedule really gets going.

Goalie settings are as follows (still intend to post a screen shot - just haven't had time)
- 40 shots, remove 1 CON
- 45 shots, remove 2 CON
- 50 shots, remove 3 CON
Pro Injury Recover Speed: 1
That's what the settings are - but in reality the sim does indeed seem to behave differently for different goalies.
In the past seasons back-ups have been a non factor. I don't mind if teams now have to manage their goalies a little more. Forces more involvement in the game. If we find goalies are fatiguing too much (what is too much) we can look at it.

Bump: Grant, if you have a chance, it would be awesome if you could share some screen caps of the sim settings.

so I have played Vokoun every minute of every game and have not had him fatigue yet...outside of a single point. Thats good.
I notice on your Pro Level Fatigue settings that you have Level 1 and Level 2 settings to lose 1 then 2 points, but level 3 loses 0? Is that because there is a total or max of 3 points that can be lost?
Maybe the Pro Goalie reovery speed should be upped to 2...or 1.5 if it takes half values. Goalies are unique characters and recover pretty fast if I remember my playing days LOL.

Well so far back-ups still aren't playing much, so I don't think we need to have starters recover faster.
