I wonder what this team will be like once Cammy - Stajan - Jones are back... With that said, we have played really well considering they are out of the line up.

Goof effort by the youngsters, the Sharks are the best team in the league

Vets were the worst, as usual

Brodie had an off game, hopefully he bounces back

Reffing was terrible

1stLandRealtor was beyond terrible in the gamethread

That is all

When you take that many penalties (granted one of them definitely wasn't one), you aren't going to beat any team in the league. If Flames were more discipline, once again they had a true shot to win the game. Really pleased with the team this year since they've been able to make the scoreboard look pretty nice considering.

What I'm not happy about is Jackman and Glencross. Jackman has done nothing but stupid plays in the two games he's been in. He doesn't belong on the ice. Glencross is in invisible mode at the start of the season. He's not Iginla. It's concerning that he hasn't made any impact at this point yet.

This was actually a very good game from the Flames tonight. They managed to keep the best team in the league in check despite being vastly outclassed in the talent department, and if it wasn't for 9 powerplays that yielded 3 goals against, the Flames could've possibly won.

Considering we are supposed to be a bottom 5 team, I'll take efforts like that every day of the week.

Another dang entertaining hockey game. Lots of growing pains on the ice, but the effort was there. Good stuff.

I have to idea why Glencross didn't shoot on that 2 on 1 down low at the end of the game.

Brodie needs to take care of his hangover and get back on track.

GlenX must go!

Mona '####ing' han / Baertschi / Hudler are awesome

Monahan got 2 points. Baertschi got a point. I'm really just cheering for those 2 guys to score. Loses don't bother me too much as I expected this coming into the season.

Refs have to call high sticks. Can't fault those.
I thought Ramo played good.
Bad game for Brodie. Needs to gain some weight

As much as everyone tore apart the move at the time, I think Kris Russell has been an amazing pick up

I liked how O Brien stepped into the third period scrums and made his presence known.

We have missed that the last few years.
