What's the over/under on when the Oilers contact Bryzgalov's agent begging him to come play up north? Has to be before Halloween I'd say.

I know the Oilers have some injuries but how are garbage players (and meh AHlers) Will Acton and Mark Arcobello on this roster?
They have had 3+ years of bottom finishes and these are the scrubs they are still throwing out there?

Will Acton seems like the adult version of that little kid that everyone hates who plays like a brat but keeps getting ice time because his daddy in the coach.

Taylor Hall needs to forget about passing, just score all the goals on his own.

Outside of picking first overall the Oilers have been totally inept at drafting and developing any other players. Mike Brown, Will Acton, Luke Gadzic, Boyd Gordon, Marc Arcobello, Ryan Hamilton... just a bunch of scrubs. These aren't 20-22 year old up and comers they've drafted, they're mostly hedging towards thirty and jourymen NHL players.

One even strength goal, and Hall is -1. Not surprised anymore.

I'm a bit behind on tape delay so I just watched it - absolutely hilarious. RNH and Eberle are both within a few feet of Jagr but both of them do the Ovechkin Float.
Eakins is going to be on suicide watch within weeks

It's going to be interesting to see how Hopkins shoulder holds up. They said at first he wasn't supposed to be back until November, but the Oilers "doctors" said he was good to go, and gave him clearance. Based on their track record they are the last people I would trust on injury advice; if anything it makes you think they rushed him back because of their issues at center and after starting the season with back-to-back losses.
They should be taking things very carefully with him, but it really doesn't seem like they are.

Excellent point.
I remember reading they were hopeful he'd come back early and that would have been in early November but now he is all healed up? Yeah, right.
HI EVERYBODY, I'M DR. NICK.
