Half inch wrenches are plentiful and easy to find. Just how narrow a wrench are you looking for?

What type of wrench do you need? There are so many different types available. If you just need one for a specific task I may be able to lend you one that fits your needs. Perhaps you could post a picture of what type of bolt you are trying to undo and myself and other construction types could chime in with some tips?

Have you tried Acklands Grainger? Guaranteed they will have it... Might be a special order though

Princess Auto/Napa/Auto Value/etc... will often keep that sort of thing in stock as well.

And use a grinder bench, if in a pinch.

You can also get "cone wrenches" at any mountain bike store. They come in a variety of sizes and are 2 mm thick. If that isn't narrow enough... I don't know what else.

Good luck.

Just to confirm, you are looking for a thin one, as in if you were viewing the wrench sideways, correct?

Just saw the Snapon guy. Not cheap! He had a combination 1/2" 9/16" open ended which was about a 1/8' or slightly less thick.
