Nice thread, good topic.
My obsession is probably personal finance. I dunno why, but I absolutely love spending hours building spreadsheets, reading blogs, seeking out deals, etc.
There are so many things that I enjoy doing, and having discipline/control over my finances is the great enabler for all of them.
Second on the list has got to be motorcycles. I don't care if it's a new streetbike, a busted up old cruiser, or a vintage bike that doesn't even run anymore.....I want to see them all.

OOTP. I can play it while watching shows with the wife, watching movies with the kids. It's the only "video game" that you can play when you're drunk because it's a text sim, so you don't need stick skills.
It's super deep and realistic and baseball has so many stats, OOTP does them so well.
I hope their new hockey game is addicting, though I may never leave the house again if it is.

Amen to that. My niece is just at the age where she's getting into Lego and we have all kinds of fun.
It got me to pull out all my old lego, rebuild the sets (amazingly had pieces for almost everything, and package them up for her. It was a fun way to spend a weekend.

I'm big into city-building stuff - architecture, planning, urban transportation - particularly related to Calgary. I'm also a bit golf obsessed. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed by the flames, but certainly am too emotionally involved for such a loser franchise.

I'm obsessed with the news. Local, national, international. I'm not too deeply educated in anything to do with the economy, but any news other than economy and crime, I can't get enough of. I check my phone hourly to see if something new happened in the world. Fifty per cent of my phones memory is filled with news apps.
I'm also obsessed with collecting Hip Hop albums (both virtually and in LP form). I have about 100 classic Hip Hop albums so far.
Everything else is a hobby or minor interest in comparison.
