I hate the whole "I'm going to film you and put you on the internet because I'm not big boy enough to deal with the situation myself."
Lady's a knob. But she wasn't doing anything overly horrible and dude starts filming her.
Yeah yeah, I get that dogs should be on leash near a path, but at least she's picking up her dog's fecal matter. What did the dogs do to upset the guy so much? Maybe the guy is an annoying prick that harasses her dogs all the time. She's a knob for saying that - but some people say stupid things when they get flustered.
He's a tool for doing the "I'm going to film you" thing. Grow up.

If defending yourself from racists who assault you make you abusive to women then call me abuyousef!
Nobody is going to understand this, but what the hell:
I don't think I would have hit the bitch, but I would have probably used some overly abusive language towards her. None of this "Oh.... did you just use a racist remark towards me for asking you kindly to put your dog on a leash? Woah, woah.... did you just push me? Did you just push me?"
The guy filming her is a tool. But so is she.

I've stopped asking people to leash their dogs because this is a very typical reaction (the hostility; as a white guy I haven't had to deal with the racism). Thankfully I've found more people in Fish Creek leash their dogs than not, although I did have to maneuver around an unleashed dog when I was riding my bike yesterday.
That must of have been traumatic...did you seek counseling. Too bad you didn't have your bear spray.
I love the old "Go back to...." line. Where does this woman think her ancestors immigrated from? Red Deer?
It doesn't count when you're white.
Sure, this lady might be second generation Canadian, and the guy filming might be fourth generation Canadian. But he's not white. I think it says somewhere in the book that if there is conflict, the non-white person must go back to their country, not the other way around. It's the rules man.
