You mean Hagelin who is now entering his second season with the Flames organization (as per the article on him and his brother)? Keep in mind that new faces on the Flames official site really don't mean all that much as it is rarely updated.

For all we know they hired 4 more guys at the start of July and they won't be on the site until next summer, or there are multiple part timers working out of Quebec. But you are right incompetence is the only logical possibility.

According to the media guide they gave out at dev camp, MacMillan is still QMJHL and Adessa and Thibeau are still part-timers.

Right, because if someone makes a small error in HTML coding and doesn't know it, that means they must be totally incompetent at their job.

Tell me, what kind of job is it that you do, where you have never made a mistake in your life, so that you can judge other people by the same standard?

Did I say no one could make a mistake? did I even suggest it wasn't acceptable? My issue was you, not a potential mistake.

Oh, I see. I said I thought someone made a mistake and explained why, so that makes *me* the issue?

Explain now where the hell that comes from.

Pat Steinberg@Fan960Steinberg3m
The #Flames have also hired Todd Woodcroft as Scouting Director. He'll work under Tod Button and John Weisbrod.

Jay Feaster says Woodcroft will be invaluable in helping to bridge Calgary's European and North American scouting operations. #Flames

“John Weisbrod and I have been discussing for some time now a way to bridge our European and North American scouting operations, and we are confident Todd Woodcroft is the perfect person to help us build that bridge by increasing our cross-over coverage in Europe and North America, while also being available to us for special assignment work,” said Feaster. “Todd’s extensive experience in Europe, and particularly Russia, will be invaluable for us as we continue to place even greater emphasis on drafting and developing our own players.”

They haven't mentioned anything about him being a Russian specialist for us however. Sounds like he'll do crossover work pro scouting NA and Europe.
